Investment Criteria
CSC seeks to acquire a company whose owner has outgrown, prepared to retire, or has otherwise reached their ideal opportunity to exit, and is eager to proceed with transition. CSC will initially buy one business, operate directly in management, and commit to long-term success.
Financial Attributes
■ Revenue of $2 to $10 Million
■ Five or more years of profitable operations and positive cash flow
■ EBITDA of $500 thousand to $2 million
■ EBITDA margins of at least 15%

■ Fragmented, large and growing industry
■ Strong potential for organic growth and/or industry consolidation
■ Significant component of recurring revenue preferred
■ Diverse customer base with high retention rates
